ALCOPLA aluminum composite panel is produce under the feed block roll injection system, which consisting of two coil-coated aluminum sheets (front and rear) are extruded together with the polyethylene filler or Mineral Filled Core and adhesive resin in a continuous laminating process. The aluminum sheets those are fusion-bonded to both sides of core under heat and pressure.
